I built a content calendar with well-defined themes to align with Ridwell’s mission. By interviewing all teams and departments, I gathered compelling stories for their blog, social channels, newsletter, and paid ads. Additionally, I created a system for repurposing content and fostering cross-departmental connections.

Results

The approach resulted in an average follower growth of 1,000 new people per month and significantly improved engagement rates, driving new leads and expanding into new markets.
